About the role
As part of our ongoing growth KJG are looking to recruit an audit & accounts manager to assist in running our expanding portfolio of clients. We have summarised the main areas of responsibility below.
Audit and accounts assignments
Planning, control, review and finalisation
Attendance at planning and clearance meetings
Staff training and development
Managers are there to assist in the training and development of junior staff and to be a source of reference for new members to ensure that they are settled into the department as soon as possible.
Staff planning
The audit & accounts managers would be expected to attend the weekly planning meeting and both update and distribute the planning schedule to all members of the audit and accounts team.
Monitor Iris job stages to ensure that these are updated and properly reflect the job progress.
Other areas
Developing systems and processes. Managers should look at ways in which work can be done more effectively.
